Notations: Major7(♯11), Maj7(♯11), M7(♯11), 7M(♯11), Δ7(♯11)

The major7♯11 chord is the same thing as a major 7 chord, with the only difference being that a sharpened 11th is added to the top of the chord.

  • Playing leads based on the maj7 arpeggio (1-3-5-7)
